2. Saturday - May 22nd…Al Kader Ceremonial at the Shrine Center. Be there by 11:15 am, as the Concert Band will play a brief concert at about 11:30 am using the "small white books". Uniform will be Orientals with Fez and long black tie.

3. Saturday – June 12th…Okie Social at the Shrine Center. The Potentate has asked the Concert Band to provide music. Uniform will be historic Okie style. Wear shoes if you have them. Other details later.

4. Saturday - June 26th…Dairy Days Parade at Tillamook. Be there by 9:30 am across from Goodspeed Park (just off Oregon Hiway 6 on east 3rd St). Parade starts at 11:00 am.

5. Sunday – July 11th…Swing Band at Sandy. Arrive at Les Geren’s home by 12:15 pm and board the Bandwagon for the trip to the Mountain Days Festival Park. Clem will be arranging rehearsal times, and providing additional information.

6. Thursday to Saturday – July 29th to 31st, the day of the Parade at Baker City and the East-West Shrine All Star Football Game. We will have our annual get together Friday evening at the Elks Club. Then, on Saturday we board the flatbed trailer to join the Parade, which starts at 9:00 am. Later, the Band situated in the Grandstand plays at the Stadium beginning at 12:00 noon until the end of the first half. Then, the Band returns to the Sunridge Motel to play when requested at the BBQ.

7. Sunday – August – 29th…Al Kader Family Picnic at Oaks Park in SE Portland. The Concert Band begins playing at about 11:00 am.

8. Saturday – October 2nd…Potentate’s Ball. The Dance Band has been requested to play for this event. Clem will be arranging for rehearsals and providing details re. times, and dress, etc.
