If so, you will want to meet and join the Al Kader Greeters The Al Kader Greeters is a uniformed Temple Unit organized in 1942. The purpose of this body is, as the name implies, to greet those visiting Al Kader as well as our own membership. In addition to the foregoing, the Greeters function as formal escorts at Al Kader stated meetings and other events as requested by the Potentate or Director of Uniformed Units. The Greeters also participate in the various parades and other activities as requested and available.
In addition to their duties as Greeters, many members also participate on temple committees and are responsible for the general operation of various functions.
The Greeters are a relatively small unit with a limited active membership, so we get to know one another rather well. We also include our wives on as many occasions as possible.
We invite you to visit our unit so that we may become acquainted and also answer any questions you have regarding the Greeters.
