The Kader Klowns
were officially
formed in 1992;
however it
started as an
aspiration of
Gary “Punkin”
Bowers in 1986
when PNSCA was
in Portland,
Oregon. As
member of the
“uniformed
units’ staff “
in charge of
competition he
noticed that Al
Kader’s
“Cyclowns” did
not compete as
clowns nor
follow PNSCA,
WSCA or ISCA
clown rules.
The Cylclowns
were
formed as a fun-loving
and somewhat
unorthodox unit
which dressed in
clownish
costumes riding
on scooters.
The Kader Klowns
were later
formed because "Punkin"
wanted a true
Shine Clown
Unit.
Kader Klowns Keep Up Tradition - News

several reasons
however, this

Wheeler (4th
